From our humble beginnings with a team of three people, we have established ourselves as one of the fastest growing hospitality group in Malaysia. In 2016, we started with only one project that was Golden Hills, Cameron Highlands and managed 40 units in total. The market rental rate then was only RM 1200 with property owners having to fork out RM 2,000 in monthly loan repayments.

Through our perseverance and commitment to deliver outstanding results, we managed to maximize the profit for those property owners by securing rents that averaged between RM3,000 per month.

We knew we were on the right track, so we set out to expand our portfolio all over Malaysia with the sole mission of providing ideal hospitality solutions and helping property owners, investors and developers convert their properties into an income generating asset.

Today, with a team of 50 people, DHG is managing more than 500 homes and hotels in Kuala Lumpur, Cameron Highland, Malacca, Penang, and Ipoh. This has been one of our greatest achievements so far but we are constantly improving to realize our vision of being the largest leading hospitality group in South East Asia that anticipates and exceeds our customers’ expectations through continuous support and service to deliver memorable experiences.
